That a deliberate effort must be made to integrate the voice of civil society groups and communities that are impacted directly from blue economy activities to ensure transparency and Inclusiveness to build confidence towards integrated management plans.
Also lessons and best practices elsewhere need to be identified, contextualized and integrated. The infrastructural road-map, partnerships and skills sets must be built and deployed.
